This tool is
useful for cutting pipes when access is restricted. The chain
has sharp cutting wheels mounted on it. The chain is passed
round the pipe and slots back into the tool. Moving the lever
ratchets the chain tighter on the pipe, applying an equal
force all the way round the pipe. Can be used for clay or cast
iron soil pipes.
